HALF PAGE SHOW DIRECTORY AD 

THIS IS NOT EXTRA! THE HALF PAGE AD IS INCLUDED IN YOUR  SHOW ADVERTISING FEE! 

As part of your show advertising fee, your company receives a half page ad in the official show directory. If we do not receive an ad by August 30, 2019, a basic text ad will be created for you. Exhibitors must supply a camera ready 4‐color ad with your correct booth number and contact information.  

Your Half Page Color Ad will be included in the following:

  •  ONLINE SHOW DIRECTORY — Half page 4‐color ad in online version of the November 2018 show directory, which is viewable on our website as an e‐brochure file. 
  •  LIVE WEBLINK/ONLINE POP UP AD— Your half page 4‐color ad shown in the online show directory will also include a live hotlink to your company website. NOTE—You must include your company’s website URL in the ad to take advantage of this feature.    
  •  PRINTED ONSITE SHOW DIRECTORY — Your Half page color ad will be converted to grayscale (black & white) ad in the printed show directory handed out on show site.

HALF PAGE SHOW DIRECTORY AD SPECS    

Digital files only are accepted in the format listed below. DO NOT send film or separations.  

  •  TRIM: (Final size of the printed show directory) 5 ¼”wide x 8 ¼” deep. 
  •  HALF PAGE AD SPECS : 4 ½”wide x 3 ⅝”deep; 4‐color, non bleed ad.  
  •  PDF:  Acrobat PDF files are accepted at high resolution (300 dpi) 
  •  Quark Xpress 4.1 or higher:  Provide high resolution (300 dpi or higher) images in position, along with proof.  Include all fonts, tiffs and eps files.  
  •  Fully composed Photoshop or Illustrator files: Provide in nave files (as, psd or .ai file) with all supporting fonts and images.  
  •  E‐MAILING: If you are e‐mailing your ad you must first compress it (ZIP or Stuffit).  As above you must include all components of the ad (fonts, images, etc.) Please identify the ad or representatives name in the subject line. Email ad material to:  smokymtnbuyersguide@gmail.com
