Description

Top-line revenue growth from grocery eCommerce has been strong and accelerated by COVID-19, but some grocery retailers have struggled to drive the same level of bottom-line growth with costly last-mile delivery, third party fees, and manual fulfillment of curbside (click & collect) orders hampering profitability.   In this session, we will examine the future of profitable grocery eCommerce growth – and the role of click & collect + robotics & technology from Micro fulfillment Centers (MFCs) in automated fulfillment at the local store level.
